Reconnect to Self was founded in 2009 with a vision to create a space where individuals can connect to their own path of health, happiness, and personal growth.  It's all about connection. Connection with self, connection with nature, connection with soul and purpose.  Without this, it's difficult to feel well and thrive.  

Jen has 23 years of learning and experience and holds a safe space for transformation. She describes herself as a guide, not a healer or therapist. She does not fix people or tell them who they are. Instead, she supports people transform, heal and discover themselves. She knows each person has their own divine connection and trusts that powerful healing force.

She is committed to holding space for others and also to her own process, practice and learning. Like us all, Jen is constantly reminded to reconnect with herself :) Her biggest loves are animals and being in nature. She has been called feral a few times! She has lived happily on a vegan diet since 1999 and embraces the natural cycles of Gaia.

Jen began her training in India in 2001 with Kriya Yoga, Meditation and Reiki and continues to learn and experience these every day.  She practices from her Mongolian Yurt in East Lothian.
